This time last year I had baby Estelle in my belly growing bigger day by day. Now she is here and I so loving get to celebrate this day with her. Mother's Day is not a huge event for us. Just any other pretty Sunday that we attend church and have lunch after. We do get together at my mom's house to enjoy time with her. We will hopefully see Grandma Pittard soon as well!
I got some beautiful flowers from Isla and Estelle {compliments of their daddy}. Along with the roses, we keep up with the tradition of a Mother's Day corsage.
I'm grateful for a husband who thinks of me and tries to make my day special. I have been reading about some venting Mom's with not so enthusiastic husbands and children. My heart hurts for them. So many women want to be a mommy & when they finally are, they deserve to have a special day.
My girls also got me a wonderful gift card to Macy's which I spent online within the first 10 minutes of having it :)
Today is bittersweet since my sister is empty handed. There is a part of my heart that cannot be happy today. I won't every truly be until she finally has a Mother's Day to celebrate. We are thinking of her today....
Estelle has been trying to sit up be herself for sometime now, but today she really rocked it!
And then there was nap time and I just had to sneak and take a pic of Stellie sleeping. She rolled over from her back to her belly. She is growing up way too fast!
