I am excited to share I am patent pending for my invention. It takes a year for NM to decide if they want to proceed with a non-provisional patent. I am hopeful this will follow through!! After that process, it may take an additional 3 years to get a non-provisional patent: that is the end-all-be-all, resulting as Myself being the owner of the idea. I can't wait to see what happens. I really hope it is successful and praying this idea will contribute to our family 🖤
