Pittard Halloween Countdown

We are so excited that Halloween is only three days away. We have been busy doing other little small Halloween events in the community. We also look forward to Justin's birthday on Monday. I personally think he has the best birthday out of everybody! I would love to have an almost Halloween birthday party. There will be more on his birthday in a later post as I have a fun idea for him 🎃

I have some photos of the girls playing in the yard. I haven't done a candid photo shoot with them in ages. They had so much fun raking the leaves and throwing them in the air.

I also got to volunteer at Isla's school! I was only there for an hour, but I was able to help them with a very cute pumpkin craft. They are learning about the different parts of the pumpkin including the flesh, pulp, and seeds.

So you would not believe it, but I have yet to take them to a pumpkin farm. We have just been so busy and the weather has been so terrible – meaning way too hot. And now it's finally cold, but rainy. That won't stop us though. We plan on going tomorrow. Last night however we did do a fun little trick-or-treat at the local community center. See the photos below.

We had a great time at the pumpkin farm. The last weekend before it closes for the season 😩 it went way too fast this year!

We also made sure to carve our pumpkins. As Isla would say "it's a pumpkin until you carve it, then it becomes a jack-o-lantern". What a little smartie!! 🎃🎃🎃

The big day finally came and it was freezing. The girls were good sports and roughed the chilly weather for their candy.
